Yes...I think that's why I've been more positive of my path. Yet, turns in life could lead me elsewhere but I somehow doubt that I will stray that far from my initial thoughts. You know, I used to wrinkle my nose every time an obvious non-Irish person would celebrate St Patrick's Day. I never really felt a tie to it. I want to visit Ireland & Scotland. It's almost a need for me. My maternal grandmother spoke Gaelic. It wasn't handed down to my mother. I'm not sure why. It became a drive for me to learn these languages (I would really like to take classes on the languages I've already started). The books I'm using now & the sites don't really do justice) Anyway, I realized that I wasn't clear on what I originally posted & wanted to change that. But I agree with Senbecc about this thread....I wouldn't dare call myself a druid under any circumstance.....

I is this practice of picking up Celtic titles like Bard, and Druid and even Celt with no understanding of what that means that has traditional communities up in arms, not the taking of them at all. Create your Ireland!
