Alas Shadow...I may have to leave my humble abode....
There has been talk of another kitten coming into my home. I never thought I would have to share my most sacred of spaces! I have been moping about of late to get attention and LOVE. Please keep your paws crossed that I do not have to share my food bowl.

Ahhh, Bruce, I'm feeling your pain. You can dominate the little varmit! I have 7 little invaders to keep in line. You can always get them in trouble, it easy. The kitten will be more likely to scratch old drooly puss too. It could be a win win situation. XOXOX Shadow

The up side is the grass is 12 inches high, good hiding places. Just wanted to let you know we have a bumper crop of baby gekkos, living on the porch! I want to have just a little taste...mmmm. Bruce that was truly evviilll, I think I love you! I only manage a scratch here and there, no scat. I have a Mockingbird living in the front yard, it' bugging the fire out of me. Keeps dive bombing me and my friend Bubba, you remember Bubba he looks like you. Anywho I don't know what it's problem is but I'm ready for some Mockingbird Tartar. The lady adopted a new Raggamuffin invader, like she doesn't have enough already, hmph. Stay evil!!! XOXOX Shadow

Staying evil....it has became easier to do. Instead of getting another meowing kitten... they did something SO much worse! They brought home a mangy dog! I of course puff up thrice my size when ever the pup named Sally comes across my path. I am usually ignored! Good thing or an insult?

Bruce I'm not feeling well! I ralphed a huge green yucky yesterday. Of course the lady and man made a huge scene. I'm sick for goodness sake! The Raggamuffin kitten is still here, he's spending days outside with the other invaders. Sorry they got a D-O-G, that's such a dirty word. Hang tough my friend!!! XOXOX Shadow

I am sorry to hear of your illness. Do you think it could be caused by stress? From the nasty little creatures you have beneath you all the time? You must come live with me at once! I have found a perfect spot (temporarily of course)...it is atop of my ladies moving machine they call a car. I sun there quite regularly and I can see just about everything that goes on around me. Only flaw: today while I was sunning my beautiful coat my lady drove me off the property! I was on the sunroof and she opened it! Well I just slid onto the top of the car to wait for her senses to come back and for her to stop the machine! She proceeded to fuss at me and shoo me off the roof! So we may have to rethink things but at least you can nap with me there safely. Oh and if you feel sickly go ahead! They still owe me with the D-O-G.

Bruce dear I am still quite peaked. I don't know what I've contracted....Bird Flu!!!! OMG I hope not!!! Then again it could be be the 39 inches of rain we've had *sigh*. I usually lay under things, cars, trees, bushes. I'm the proud owner of a lovely long black mane, things are usually pretty hot around these parts. Hope you're enjoying Canine abuse, I've decided to ignore the nasty little invaders! Take care, all my best, XOXOX Shadow

Well I am indeed enjoying the canine abuse! I got a great swat in on her nose the other day. I even got a yelp! Score 1 for me and ZIP for the dog! She is constantly chewing and wagging that silly tail of hers! Thankfully my lady does punish her quite often. Which makes me so very very happy. It is at those times I leap into my ladies lap to enjoy some much needed petting.

The old psycology at work eh Bruce! Reward the ladies good behavior, smacking that D-O-G. It also helps to ignore her while she pets the mongrel, then clean yourself throughly after being touched with her dog fingers. My people find that offensive! Gotta go, catch you later... XOXOX Shadow
