Samhain Snack...
Take a large pumpkin and cut off top as you would for a jack o'lantern. Clean out the inside of the pumpkin carefully, setting aside seeds in a colander.
Rinse seeds very carefully until all the goo is gone. Spread them on a cookie sheet (you can salt them lightly at this point if you prefer them that way) and place in 200* oven, watching carefully until they are toasted to 'crunchy' but not overdone. Set aside to cool.
Line the inside of the pumpkin with foil. Mix cool toasted seeds with chocolate chips, nuts and raisins and fill pumpkin with the mixture.
Set out as a snack for Samhain rituals and family gatherings!

well i came up with a sausage roll type creation yesterday!
get pork sausage mince or u could use other meat if u wish or even veggie mince if you wish but u may need some bread and eggs to bind it.
anyway then add onion salt, garlic powder, basil, margarom, sage and parsley. then add some boiled pumpkin and mash together! Then roll out some puff pastry and cut into ablongs then put some of the mixture onto one side and then fold over the pastry and pinch together the edges. put onto a baking try and brush with egg and cook for 15-20 mins on 200

Pumpkin juice!
Well i used the flesh of one small pumpkin and and put it in a saucepan then add enough water to cover it. then add100grams of suagr. boil and then simmer untill soft and nearly mushy. then let it cool down for a while. then blend it. it is a required taste, not horrible but couldn't drink lots of it either.
