“MARDI-GRAS MUFFALETTA” FRENCH QUARTER ITALIAN SANDWICH
INGREDIENTS:
2-1 OUNCE SLICES PANCETTA 2-1 OUNCE SLICES HARD SALAMI 2-1 OUNCE SLICES SMOKED HAM 2-1 OUNCE SLICES PROVOLONE CHEESE 1-4” BAGUETTE OR FRENCH BREAD ½ CUP PEPPERONATA
Grill the French bread and place cheese on the warm side. Grill meats and place on the cheese. Add pepperonata and close to make sandwich. Bake for 2-3 m minutes at 325 degrees. Cut and serve.
Pepperonata for sandwiches: 3 tblsp. each roasted peppers, green olives, ripe olives, red onion, green bell pepper, pepperoncini, and mushrooms. Blend with 1 tblsp. olive oil, 1 tsp. Italian seasoning, and 1 tsp. Grated parmesan cheese.
this is not a "witchy" recipe, but i love this sandwich. i am not a fan of the olives, but it is devine. i craved this when i was pregnant.

I'm wonder what this has to do with PAGANISM??? Mardigras is a CATHOLIC holiday!!! I should know, I was raised Catholic and went to a Catholic school. This doesn't make sense to me...it's not what I joined this site to see

not everything on PM is pagan. it is open to all faiths. like i said in the post its not a witchy recipe, just a fun recipe.
