;D So, Illistyl & I went fishing the other day. We went to a local Dunkin Donuts. I had to go to the bathroom. Illistyl was to make the order while I did so. I came back & she wasn't there. I looked out at the car, she's not in it. A few minutes pass & she comes out of the bathroom. She's a little frustrated at being ignored by the people working there so she went the bathroom... So, a girl was finishing up the woman ahead of us & looks at us & walks away. This was not something I was too keen on. A few more minutes pass & a guy walks into the store. Another girl looks over at him & tells that she'll be right with him. She notices that we are now perturbed & asks if we are being helped. We answer, "No!" She walks over to us & looks at Illistyl's pentacle dangling from her neck. Illistyl asks for a sandwich that was to be on a croissant. The girl looks like she snorted under her breath. She walks away for a couple of seconds & turns. She says, "We are out of croissants." About 2 feet away from behind her is a bin full of croissants. Apparentlt, this store is quite known for it's poor service as the Rite Aid across the street had a few workers that never go to that D&D.....I sent in an e-mail just because after working in customer service for over 12 years, I feel that is one BIG NO-NO! Had to get that off my chest!

I feel for you...I've been ignored too. Not because of a Pentacle, because my husband is Hispanic. Next time start drumming on the counter, it'll drive them nuts! I really don't like people who judge you at first sight. >^o.o^<

Wow. That is actually shocking in it's rudeness. I would have pitched a fit so big that employees would still be talking about it 10 years from now. People would have been fired, managers would have been reprimanded, and apologies would have been made. Make sure you follow up on that email. Their behavior was totally unacceptable. Good luck to you.

Thanks but I'm one of those people who just needs to get things off his chest. Once I did, here & through the e-mail, I felt a little better. D&D never responded. I'm not really surprised to be honest. Unless it's a place like Walmart, Target, etc...they won't really respond to anything unless it's good news. That's one for places like Walmart. Make fun of them but they will rectify a problem as quickly as possible....
