I did LOVE the ruby red shoes (though in the book they were NOT red). What color were they? Silver

What are peoples thoughts on such television shows? LOVE charmed, like angel, and i was ADDICTED to buffy, when it was on. not very accurate, but i love them anyway. it would be great to have a show either showing witchcraft accurately ( ) or showing christianity innacurately ( ;D ). i really dont like sabrina the teenage witch. its just aanoying, really.

Charmed: Well at least the chicks are hot! I do think tho, that Wyatt should just get pissed & take everybody out. Buffy: It had it's moments. Angel: Enjoyed it right up untill they killed Fred & turned her into Illyria. Bewitched: Damn! Make me feel old why do't ya! It was ok...when i was a kid! Sabrina: Never saw it.

I always thought Buffy was really good at first. I started watching it late though. It was playing the first season in the mornings when I came home from work, though the series it's self was in like it's 3rd or 4th season I think. I couldn't figure out what the problem with it was, as there were no "Witches" from what I could see. Though as time went on I started seeing it. They had one where the "wanna be" Witches had a "Wanna be" convention and the "real Witches" (ie the ones with powers etc) got to just sit back and laugh...I've come to see it as somewhat symbolic these days though. Then again, I once got addicted to General Hospital too! And didn't you hear? Theres a Bewitched movie out now.

I used to think the show Chermed was hokey but I got caught watching the one where they have to back to the Witch Trials & have to 'find' their powers the old way. Once I watched that, even though they had these ungodly powers, they still seem to get some of the traditions correct. I watch it regularly & will get to see all episodes when my girlfriend's cousin copies them for us!!! hahah, men..... i liked watching charmed, but i never really did, i never remembered when it was on..as a little kid i was addicted to sabrina...i was 7 or 8 tho, now i cant stand it. i never really watched buffy or angel. theyre all soooo inacurate, but its fiction and i read fiction books and stuf, so wats the difference?? Ya know...As hot as those three girls on Charmed are, I've never been able to sit through an entire episode of of it...I don't know...When they start throwing their "powers" at eachother...I always seem to remember something that needs to be done...Like mowing at midnight or something. On the other hand I suppose one could see the characters as symbolic representations of "magical beings" if one was thus inclined. Also, for all it's inaccuracies it does show Wicca (albeit their very own representation) in a positive light (as opposed to the movie Warlock for example). I even heard somewhere that in the beginning they even tried to dispel some myths then Aron Spelling took over. I don't know about all that, what I do know is that it shows magic and spellcrafting in a positive light and defines it as something cast by a witch and/or cover of witches.

lol this thread cracked me up. i noticed that a bunch of people said how inaccurate the shows were, well no shit! its called FICTION people my girlfriend is big on buffy and charmed and i think only once did i hear anyone in these shows say they were "wiccan" (granted i dont watch with the grlfriend very often). now at that moment people can complain about shows being in accurate but otherwise i just see the shows as just shows, not little "how-to" programs lol RR

I can't think of nothing better than the lawn mowing itself or the vaccum running on automatic!

They kept my Teen amused. She loved to sit there and point out oddities. Gave way to some good discussions between us about what could be construed as a possibility and what was fabricated to make good t.v. viewing.
