Told you that you are a part of the family!

Well, now, I can hardly do otherwise, given the weight of your faith in me. If I could just stop crying...

OK.... Sooooo... Let me say... this thread is a big old hum buggity... Let me ask.... Does anyone think that this forum is still dying? hmmmmmm? ?? Now... Let me say.... I think that I am pretty damned used to things like this.... I am a promotional person.... I like to net work, I like to talk to people... I like to Pimp things.... lol, I am good at it.... You Now are seeing some changes in the membership..... You've got lots of people coming in..... Links are in place in both of my public groups, as well as on my profile, and, a few others on myspace.... I also bulletin regularly.... The thing now....You've got membership numbers.... Numbers mean nothing... you gotta get people active, and, you gotta keep em active.... the Pudding pot is drawing people in... Now, it's a matter of keeping them, and, redirecting into some of the other threads..... I can tell you, One of the feelings that I have, sometimes, I'm not completely sure where to post something... I understand the need for order in a group, and, keeping things in category's, but, sometimes things get a bit too compartmentalized... Just something to think about... Please, no one hurt me for saying that... Just throwing in suggestions... I will shut up if need be... Also, perhaps emailing the members that you currently have that arent' posting... Let them know changes are happening... to come and check them out.... Ok, I'm done for now.... lala, priestess of random, and, promotional genius

lala, you've done a tremendous job getting people here. Breathed new life into the place! As new people play in the pudding, we can encourage them to branch out and look at the other boards.
I understand what you're saying about the board. I'm just not certain how we 'unstructure' it at this point. It is large and intimidating to new posters and, yet, people need to know where the categories are to find what they are seeking or where to post their thoughts on a specific subject. Maybe a brief 'instruction guide' to navigating PM that's out in the open?
I think emailing people would be a great idea. John and I discussed it awhile back but then so many other things happened we never did it.

And perhaps an e-mail with a lcompilation of new posts for those users who dont get a chance to be on as much as they might like, so that they dont get overwhelmed?
