as long as you keep your feet under you, you will not drown. You didn't say that you had to go in over your head. Even cats can get their feet wet, they don't like it but it doesn't kill them. It sounds like you've been given an answer, and maybe this will help, I can be there in spirit....I'm a water baby, I'm a Crabby Cancer, and it's my power element. Just let me know when you work up the nerve, and I'll make sure to sit and light a candle and just be with you spiritually. Texas is too far away for the physical! As for not remembering the prayer, maybe you aren't supposed to. Sounds like you need to do some of the work I think that it will come to you if you let it. It doesn't have to be poetry, just heartfelt.

OK fellow Pagans, I need a little help composing a chant to say in the sea. When I was at the coast I waded out, summoned something, I think it was a shark. I was attempting to contact Undines or a Water Sprite. It could have been, the fish were jumping out of the water, whatever it was it got closer and closer to the shore. Good sense of preservation kept me from going in to see it. I'm planning another trip down in Sept., I want to be prepared this time. It may still be hanging around since I sloppily didn't banish it. No admonishments are necessary, I was sloppy. I could use constructive help though. Thanks >^o-o^<
