I have been absent due to family illness. My granddaughter got an E-Coli infection, I sent out as much energy as I could spare to her while she was hospitalized. She got better, then I came down with a nasty intestional infection. Now my daughters had 2 pre-term labor scares. I'm frankly tapped out...nothing left to give. I fear if we don't get some healing energy coming our way she could deliver my grandson 2 1/2 months early. Thanks to anyone who cares, her name is Melissa. >^..^<

OK thanks for the energy! However I pulled something in my back on Samhain. I've been taking muscle relaxers, and pain meds the pain persists. Know of any Poultice I can apply? I'm a nurse so I'm sure it's only a muscle. Just thought I'd ask. >^..^<

Okay, Stormie... a plaster made from the powdered seeds of black mustard is supposed to help. An ointment containing oil of rosemary can be applied topically as well, between plaster treatments.

Mexican cramps indeed, it was my husbands fault in the first place. I blew it today, I asked him to try to "pop" my back, big mistake! I'm going onto the early clinic at the Dr. office in the AM. Thanks for the Poultice idea though. Time to go to the slave pit. >^..^<
