Good spell, good food, or both? I think we can probably use this board for anything done in the kitchen (I kinda borrowed the name lol) anything from pancakes to flying potion should be appropriate here, unless we find an exeption to the rule! ;D

soap= 30 oz oilive oil 2 oz beeswax 6 oz goats milk 4 oz caustic soda 4 tsp essential of your choice ( i.e what your intention for the soap to do)
Put the olive oil into a pan, then mix the milk and water together in a jug. Put the beeswax into the oil and put on a medium heat to melt, stirring often. Add the caustic soda to the milk and water mix, and stir, the mixture will turn yellow and separte but this is normal. ( i must add that when using caustic soda rubber gloves should be worn at all times. even when handling the soap up till 4 weeks after you have nade it, the soda will not of evaporated untill then and may burn your hands) take the oil mixture from the heat and aloud the cool a little. Poor the milk mix into the oil mix and stir continuely, you will notice it turns to thicker, light creamy colour. When this happens it means it is at setting point, then you need to add your choosen essential oil. Grease a mould (any shaped plastic container will do) with olive oil, then por the soap mixture into it, cover the container with a cloth and put in a cool room to set for 24hrs. Then take from the mould and cut into bars ( or shapes it's up to you). Remember to still waer your gloves! Then wrap in the cloth again and leave it in a cool place for 4 weeks to the day. Then it will be ready to use!
It is a really creamy soap and it make my hands feel lovely and soft!

An alternative to a purifying bath... if you need one!
I can only take showers and those cool, not take a bath and no hot water, due to my MS. Whenever I want to purify before a ritual or meditation, I make a simple tea or a more complex one depending on my intentions, using any of the recipes for bath salts or infusion bags for baths, and pour the tea over myself instead of soaking in it. Then, I rinse with cool water. Or...
I take Dove soap and shave it, mix the herbs and salts into the shavings and then make balls of soap to use, while infusing the soap with my intentions (purifying, divination, etc.). It always makes more than one so I wrap each ball in plastic and mark it with the intention, ingredients and the date. The reason I use Dove is it does not irritate my skin in general.
Both of these are also suggestions you can offer someone if you've made them a bath infusion.
