Hey Bruce, The lady here has been trying to hack up hairballs! She just laid there and wheezed and coughed, I wanted to give her comfort but I couldn't afford to get what she had! I've been out enjoying the fine weather and hunting. Things been going any better for you? Hey did you here about the bosses cat Bobby? Love, xoxox Shadow

Bruce I think I'm failing! I've lost interest in chastising the kittens, hiding in the bushes, etc. I wonder where my kittenish hijinks have gone. You don't suppose it's old age do you? Well I guess I'll wait to see if my energies return. xoxo Shadow

You were right Bruce, Spring Fever has at last arrived! I've been tearing around the yard, and chasing birds and kittens!!! I would like to sleep outside at night, but the lady caterwauls until I come in. You'd think there was a werewolf or something prowling around. I've secrectly checked out the batch of interlopers, they're crawling all over the nest, and have their eyes open! Yes soon the little critters will be at that age...where I can whip the devil out of them! Don't let those rugrats at your house dis you, keep up the teaching. Spare the Claw and Spoil the Child!!! xoxo Shadow

Shadow, you would have thought I killed something today, how the lady reacted to me being in the little persons bed. It is the softest and warmest place in the house. Can I help that I want a nap there? So in retaliation to her screeching, I wound around her legs and almost made her fall. Score 1 for me, zip the other guys. I hope this doesnt bite me in the bum come dinner time......

Bruce will our trials never end? I was in my hiding place under the bushes by the bird feeder. The lady let the dog out, he came right to my hiding spot and sniffed my rear! It put the fear of Bast into me, I took off on a dead run. To make it worse the dog chased me, the beast! We had little visitors yesterday, fortunately the back door was open we all scattered. That is everyone but Sehkmet and her kittens, they received a mauling from the 2 year old. xoxo Shadow

Laughing My Tail Off Shadow. I would have loved to see those kittens mauled. Atleast someone else gets attacked besides me... I was living it up outside today, sun was a shining and the birds a chirping. I scouted out several places to hide. One being in the daffodil's. Would you believe that I got fussed at again and shooed out of the flowers!
I dont know if our trials will ever end. 'tis the life of a cat. ////Bruce

Bruce, Well same old same old! I did hide last night so I wouldn't have to come in. Being Jet black has it's advantages! I'm keeping an eye on that dog, it seems to fancy chasing me!!! The kittens are looking out of their basket at the world, have I got some surprises for them! hehe If you like the Daffodils you lie right there, we need to be respected! xoxo Shadow

i wish that i was all black sometimes, would make hiding so much easier. but i have that white puffy chest... the other cats love it. hehehe. i leaped from the kitchen table to sit on the window seal and i am disappointed to say that i fell. i did not make it to the ledge. it was embarrassing. and of course my lady was standing right there, laughing her tail off at me!

Bruce, I to know of that type of humiliation. I have on occasion, err slipped. Luckily I fell into the grass, fences are hard to walk on! I sure am happy, the Gekkos have returned. Yes but they're not falling like they do during the summer. I hope you have a great day, set your clock ahead you white chested Romeo. xoxo Shadow

*sigh* well thank you for letting me know I am not alone. Today was a great day for sunning on the porch. so I did, for awhile....then I spotted a squirrel across the street. I got myself into position, I crept up a little and dashed across the road. Then I lost it........ and went towards my house. AND NEARLY GOT MY TAIL SQUISHED! but it would have been nice to have a squirrel snack...

Oh Bruce stay out of the road!!! I don't want to read your obituary in the paper! I'm only able to stalk birds and Gekkos, maybe I can find a rabbit. sigh It rained and thundered all last night. I was lucky I got into the house on time, I don't like to get wet. Well enjoy the warm spring weather my friend. xoxo Shadow

ahhh yesss i have been living it up for you shadow. its been blissfully warm. i stayed out almost all day yesterday! a lot of my time was spent stalking the woods nearby for new critters....hehehe.
i promise to (try) stay out of the road. its hard when there are such cool things to mess with across the street. like the doberman that is in his tiny fence....
