i'd like an ocelot too.. corey wont let me get anything that cant be caged though ='(
ok, i have bad news and some kinda good news about my animals.
i'll tell you the good first. corey sold his car and went online and bought $112 worth of fish lol i think he bought me a pure white fighting fish and bought some electric yellows and blues and he also bought 75 feeder fish for the axolotls lol i'm travelling to syd soon to pick up another axolotl. corey and i have a difference of oppinion when it comes to telling what sex it is so we're going to buy it and see whos right.
now for the bad news. My oscar died!! i had him from when he was like the length of my pinky finger til he was bigger than coreys hand. he was the most beautifully marked oscar i'd ever seen too. i miss him. corey lost his 2 albino catfish, 2 clown loaches and colony of neon tetras too. thats like $500 worth of fish.. just so you dont think we killed them by neglect or something, our house flooded and we had to bag them so we could move the tanks so they could replace the carpets.. i think it stressed them a bit too much. ='( the guppies i bred are still goin strong though.. i guess thats somethin.

Sorry bout your fishes. I lost my cat Bear April 10, he was 17 1/2 yrs. I've been having a hard time dealing with this. I always thought when the old bugger died I'd get another Long haired Siamese. Now it's clear to me I don't want another one. I don't want any more animals. I've still got 5 cats, 2 cockatiels, fish, so I'm not alone. But being alone and being lonely are two different things. You have an interesting Zoo , I smelled a Ferret at the petshop, thought it was alittle to Skunky for me! Glad to see you're back.>^..^<

Aww, i'm sorry for you're loss Stormcat.. It's hard losing animals that you have had for ages and formed a special bond with. Cats and dogs are the worst for it. I remember when i found my rotting cat Phil under a big pile of wood in the paddock. Worst day ever. Picked him up and walked home bawling like a baby.
You know, i'm starting to think i'd prefer to clean out otter enclosures rather than the ferrets.. She reeks. i've resorted to just shoving her cage in the shower and running hot water on it to clean it lol so i don't need to get any closer than absolutely necessary..

My cat is getting on in years too. Shes about 11 now. Just doesn't seem that long. If someone would have told me 12 years ago I'd be that attatched to a cat I would have said they were crazy. lol

Oh, Wolf,...so that`s how Siamese mice look like! I was picturing something rather different in my head...you wouldn`t wanna know, lol... They are adorable! I always wanted to have a mouse or a rat,..any kind would do...but I don`t think I will get one any time soon, at least not until I have a house on my own... See the advantage of your house that you call a garage...?

How would you react if it were a turtle ...? lol I was just telling Wolf how I had this Californian turtle Magda...She was living with us (along with two more boy-turtles for 24 years or so...I cried my head off when she died...I would have never thought I could attach so much to an animal that`s not even producing any sounds...

We origionally werent allowed to have animals here but the landlord said as long as we didnt burn his house down with bongs we could have whatever we want
