alright I have a question. Do you think your sexuality flows with your spiritual practice? Reason for asking is this: a friend of mine is getting a sex change (not the same thing I know but bare with me) and his coven did not feel comfortable with him and his changing sexuality. To me, its what is on the inside and the feelings you might project on the people in your group that truly matters. I mean, if I was to be in a formed group and we made a circle, would it matter that I am bi-sexual? I really do not think so. i don't think my sexuality and my religion are connected in any way that matters. i found my religion after finding my sexuality, but that's about it. i don't see how him getting a sex change should matter to his coven. he's still the same person, just a different body. See I am in agreement with you. I do not think that matters at all. Why they would extricate him from the coven is beyond me. He has great energy, and is a solid person despite his changing appearance.

Besides, there is a sexuality to Pagans. It has been pretty well documented (as well as why I feel Chrisitans seemed so against it). I'm not just speaking about homosexuality. First off, sex is sex. No matter whom you are having sex with (although you should at least like the person a little!). The trouble with everyone is they get hung up on what sex you are or what gender you have sex with. Your soul is still the same. You are the same person. Nothing has really changed. I came to a complete understanding with gay & lesbian people a long time ago (when my friend told me he was gay & had a crush on me). It was then that I realized he was the same person. Nothing changed about him. So, I had a ton of Pagan friends who were gay/lesbian/bi-sexual. I will tell you one thing, the sexual innuendos fly quite easily in that setting!!! lol

I thought that Pagans understood sexuality better than that? Like the above post I just made, Pagan religion was where anyone had no convictions of others (although lately I have strayed from that in being opposed to Christianity in whole but I have transgressed that one a bit )
