I understand that it is an emotional subject for everyone. I just don't like to see someone condemned for what we think happened. No one can speak to another person's situation. I did not say there are women who do not use this as a method of birth control. I did say I think there are not all that many who truly do. And, don't forget, they must live with their decision. What they say after the fact may simply be their way of shutting off the grief and anger they feel over being placed in such a situation in the first place.
Yes, a man has a right to have a say about what happens to his child. If he is in the picture and wants that say, all the better. But, what about when he is the one pressing for the abortion because he doesn't want the responsibility? Isn't he then the one using abortion as a method of birth control? If he simply walks away, is he not placing the woman in the position of having to make that choice alone?
This is not a simple question of right and wrong here.

Its not the woman or man in this issue that has me undeciding in this. It is the child. When does the soul enter the body? Is it from the moment of conception or is it the moment of birth? Or does the soul grow gradualy in the womb? I debate with myself about this question but i believe the soul enters the childs body at the moment of conception.
People would say you are just killing a few cells....but when a woman has an miscarriage does she not mourn as if she lost a child?

This is not a simple question of right and wrong here. i dont think it could have been said any better. now, government interference of any decisions, that i cannot abide by.

What is the exact law for abortion in America. I know the Planned Parenthood of southeastern pensylvania v. casey(?) was the case which decided the law. Was it found that within the constitution it was legal for abortion but could be open to the limitations by the state legislators? Does "open to limitations by state legislators" mean each state has it own laws on abortion?

It means they can. For example, they can limit the access to abortion for a minor to only with parental consent... sounds reasonable until you consider the cases of incest.
Yes, women mourn our miscarried children. But, I see us not as physical beings on a spiritual journey but spiritual beings on a physical one. Again, this is a choice only that individual faced with it can make.
