People who don't give out candy on Halloween are cheap!!! The vast majority are Christians, who send the little beggars to my house for candy. If they knew me, they'd probably fry me. I wholly oppose the belief that Halloween is for Satanist and Witches. It's for anyone who likes a scarey good time.(Ok that's all back to the serious discussion) LoL! Lets just say it, people who don't give out candy on Halloween (and everyother day?) SUCK socks!!!

Perhaps the most sickening of all druidic practices were the human sacrifices that occurred at midnight. Adults and children alike would be thrown into huge fires while the celebrants danced in demonic fits of abandon. At mornings’ light only ashes and bones would remain. These were called ‘bone fires’, which is where we get the tradition of ‘bon fires’ today. As a Druid, when I saw that, I just had to stare for a long moment. But then, instead of outrage, I laughed for about 5 or 6 minutes straight at the sheer absurdity of it. The only time Ive ever danced in a demonic fit of abandon was when I found a 100 dollar bill lying in a ditch. And the only thing I throw into my bon fire on Samhain is logs, so I guess Ive been doing it all wrong for awhile now ,Lol. You know, I will never be surprised by the fundamentalists ability to rewrite history as they see fit.
