What do they mean?
I have seen them before but today my candle has a powerful aura several inches across... gold rimmed with red. I can see the pulses or vibrations eminating from the flame to the edges of the aura as if it were alive. The other candles I have lit for specific individuals do not have this same appearance (so it's not just my weary eyes...). The candle is burning much more slowly than usual as well.
I usually extinguish my hearth candle each day after my blessing but cannot not bring myself to do so this morning. There is a message here and, while you will probably say only I can know what it is, I am wondering if anyone else has felt or seen this before and if so what it meant to you?

Ring of gold Thoughts unfold Candle light Burning bright Ring of red Something said Words unknown Seeds are sown Two rings meet Pulsing beat Light of the Sidhe Inside of me Do not look away They’ve come to stay Gold for Thee Red for Me This is my poor attempt to relate my experience this week with a large, powerful aura around my hearth candle. I lit the candle on Sunday morning, for my daily blessing, a small natural beeswax candle that was only about 4" high. Normally, I offer my blessing and douse the candle. On Sunday, I could not bring myself to do so because of the aura. From the moment I lit it on Sunday, a large aura surrounded it, unlike any I've ever seen before. Brilliant gold, ringed with clear bright red, the aura had emanations or vibrations pulsing from straight unmoving flame to the outer edges of red. It seemed to speak, though I could not understand the words. The only movement I witnessed was a slight bending when I lit a memorial candle for my mom on Monday morning. Now, days later, there is still 1" or so of candle remaining and the flame and aura burn on. I have come to understand it now, this gift and its message. Even when the the candle is burned out and the aura with it, it will remain inside of me.

It's back and it's beautiful! The candle's flame glows with the bright gold aura, ringed with red, yet again. It shimmers almost as if filled with faery dust and pulses with the magic of the Sidhe.
I lit my candle for my morning blessing, my heart reaching out to love. The aura filled my vision and reached out to me. It has a new quality this time, one of intense energy and purpose.
Always it comes when I need it most. Always it moves me beyond words. It is alive. It is dancing. It burns on...

Do you have an idea why i see green and pruple color around candle flames? i see it on all candle flames. its a ball of green in the middle and purple around it. it comes up in pictures on the phone to, just more scattered around the room around the candle like rainbows. I never see any other colors. to mee it seems like when you look at the street llights and the light spreads from it. something natural. i dont know. i only see it if its steam in the air or if my eyes are a little blurry and tired.and on pictures.

I heard that it's very common to have candle on july 28 holidays because it creates specific atmosphere that is needed for full diving into it. I think it's really cool. Wanna try it when time comes.
