haha I just remembered that I gave one of my friends a ring like that about 2 years ago. And about telling the difference between a pentagram and a pentacle: I rely on this VERY rough distinguishing characteristic ... if you don't know how it was formed or for what purpose, it can be helpful to say that a pentagram is the five-pointed star and a pentacle is that star within a circle. I know this boils down a lot of important things into an "A or B" categorization, but that's just what I do. I forgot where I read it, but it's worked so far.

I was at Barnes and Noble the other day, and the counter guy had a Pentacle ring on. It made me smile - like I had found a kindred spirit. BTW - I was going to say Pentogram instead of pentacle, but I seem to recall that there is a difference. Can anyone enlighten me? i know what u mean there...when i go to the markets here, and walk around, everytime i see someone wearing one i feel like that..and there are a few in my area!!

ok, I've finally gotten a picture of my tattoo. I had to take it myself, so it's not that good since I was stretching trying to take a pic of my back but still hold my shoulders spread so the tattoo would be flat. I didn't have much luck, but here goes. sorry about the blurriness too

just so you know, it is a perfect circle and not wavy-like. also, the scales on the inside aren't touching the pentacle
