To those who will be celebrating tomorrow, I wish you all a safe and blessed holiday. For me, I will be celebrating a Day of Thanks with my childen. I will set a place to remember those who walked this land before us, who offered generosity and hospitality to my own blood ancestors upon their arrival, and who walk this land still in flesh and in spirit. I will sprinkle cornmeal on the ground to honor them, during a private ritual of thanks, and will cook my meal on two feet for the first time in a very long time!

Congratulations on your recovery, once again wren. Lol I think I am looking forward to tomorrow more than anything because all of my nieces and nephews will be here at the house and I can give them all a good, sound beating in sword practice. Whenever they all come to visit I have a bag of wiffle-ball bats that we all take out and spar with, teaching them some points here and there on proper technique. Their parents all get a laugh when I let two or three of them come at me at once when Im using two bats instead of just one, because they cant seem to remember the importance of their footing and I always trick them into running into one another. Lol, considering Im looking forward to a great feast followed by a rousing battle, Im sounding more like a Viking than a Druid, heh.

With all the fasting and hunger lately, I mean to have to be rolled away from the table...My mom's corn bread stuffing is amazing and oh yes, I mean to dive in and eat like theres no tomorrow. I will be giving thanks to the god's for those closest to me, and for having known those who have come before me. I am more glad for you than words could ever say Wren!

just going to go spend the day with my girls and my in-laws. I am thankful that my partner has a job, just wish he didn't have to work! Oh, well, those hotels need their kitchens for the hungry travelers. Have a great Turkey day, Americans, and you others can still have a day of thanks if you want! You don't have to just say thanks on one day!

The Universe is faithful. The more we bitch and complain, the more she gives us to bitch and complain about. The more we give thanks, the more she gives us to be thankful for.
Thanks, everybody!

KelticKelton that is a simple truth. But it's hard not to complain when the dog leaves you a Biohazard gift on the carpet! >^oo^<
