Here is something Sojrn found that is quite an interesting read ... and it is free! Hope everyone who reads it enjoys it and maybe we can have a discussion on it. Sort of our own Oprah Book Club ... without the Oprah part, of course. www.planetpdf.com/enterprise/article.asp?ContentID=7235Ubiquitous PDF: God's Debris available for free download Dan Shea Planet PDF Managing Editor December 13, 2005 Cartoonist and novelist Scott Adams (of Dilbert fame) has declared that the PDF eBook version of his book God's Debris is available for download, free-of-charge for personal use. According to the author, the move is intended to foster discussion of issues raised in the book. If the "free" part alone isn't enough to pique your interest, here is the book's synopsis: Imagine that you meet a very old man who -- you eventually realize -- knows literally everything. Imagine that he explains for you the great mysteries of life -- quantum physics, evolution, God, gravity, light, psychic phenomenon, and probability -- in a way so simple, so novel, and so compelling that it all fits together and makes perfect sense. What does it feel like to suddenly understand everything? God's Debris isn't the final answer to the Big Questions. But it might be the most compelling vision of reality you will ever read. The thought experiment is this: Try to figure out what's wrong with the old man's explanation of reality. Share the book with your smart friends then discuss it later while enjoying a beverage.

I`ll try to read it soon. Good thing that he wrote it in a big font, it`ll probably seem like only 50-odd pages rather than 140-something.
