Thanks for the tip Moonwind! ;D I will look into getting that book. Im reading a really interesting book at the minute that at first look i thought was just another basic simple book on the celts as it was simply titled "celts" But some of the things i am reading in it are amazing!! Alot of little facts and theories that i never new about or considered. The book is The Celts by Gerhard Herm.

My favorite author right now is Raven Grimassi. He has a wonderful assortment of awesome books, plus I have a set of cards by him as well. I'm reading "Spirit of the Witch" right now and I'd recommend it to everyone. ^.^

Oh I forgot my favorite series to recommend. It's the "Sweep" series by Cate Tiernan. It actually has a lot of information in it plus a great storyline.

I do like her books but I agree with the claim that she relates to Christianity alot, its a bit harsh though. My fave author is Scott Cunnigham

I try to get my partner to see that she has merit (ravenwolf), he's completely convinced she's a hack. I think that she gets the young people who started out Christian to think in terms that they can relate to. I like her stuff. I still consider myself a Christian (I still believe in Christ) so I'm not offended by her overtones, sometimes I even laugh, cause I can relate. I especially like the book of shadows that she did and her book on angel magick. The person in that rant really had issues with ravenwolf. If she doesn't like what was written, she could close the book and not recommend it to anyone. I disagree with a lot of what Gardner published, but I don't HATE him. He's done alot of good, and so has ravenwolf. I love cunningham and cantrell, but the book(s) that I read to start me on my path were the Farrar's books "the Witches' Goddesses" and "the Witches' Gods". I can still find the Gods' book, but I cannot find the Goddess book. I'm afraid that it is no longer in print. Maybe someone can find it on e-bay or amazon....I don't even bother with those sites as I'm poor, and I don't have a credit card to use. Libraries will have to suffice! Right now I'm reading "the only Wiccan Spell Book You'll Ever Need" by Marian Singer and Trish MacGregor. I'm only 1/4 way thru, but it's interesting and concise. For some good wiccan based women's fiction, I read Nora Roberts. The "Isle" trilogy is chock full of Goddess magick. I'll bet she's wiccan! I am not sure that the guys would find her interesting. She can get mushy/sexy. Good reading!...and btw, kitty, when do we see the arrival of the new kitten? Good Reading.

I definitely agree with something I read on another board...2 pages is over the top. BIGTIME!And girls make fun of men for reading smut...Some of those romance novels can rival any hustler article lol.
