Well let me just say that as a server, which one has to have a special kind of insanity to be, (yes, I am totally certifible lol) I must praise your patience so far really, and let you know that I think you impatience stems from the fact that you think he is capable of more then he shows
I had very little patience with my kids when they were in school because I knew they were smart enough to do the work but the few time I worked with special needs kids, I had all the patience in the world, because I knew they weren't capable of alot that was asked of them. at least not at the same level as the regular kids
And the lesson besides patience might be to look beneath the surface to the core of something to see if you missed some underlying problem that no one is aware of
Good Luck Sen

Speaking of milking disabilities...
Theres a fellow Bagger I work with that is mentally handicapped somewhat..and then mostly retarded on his own accord..I seriously mean that..he is not that bad off that he cannot help himself..but then he milks it to get out of doing work.
By the way this is Paul (TheOccultChrist)
I'm too tired and lazy to bother signing in..hah.

It wasn't you wren, you just happened to be the one I quoted sorry sweety . It is tough, especially when I know he's faking 1/2 of it just so someone will have to carry his wieght too. Makes me wanna spit on his shoe. ;D As you know from our PM's, I appreciate your frustration at someone 'milking' this for all its worth. When I spend my days fighting for my independence and every scrap of strength, I must confess my irritation at those to do as Chris does. Makes it harder for the rest of us. Funny thing, when you wrote about taking longer to do something with him than without, all I could see was my extremely passive-aggressive 13-yr-old. I swear I can hear him thinking... " if I take long enough and do this badly enough, she won't ask me to do these %^&$# chores any more..." And right there is the reason I and everyone else who knows anything about Chris have lost all sympathy. Can people now understand why this thread isn't about love? I don't want it to be thought that I discriminate against such disabilities, it's just that I see people with real problems like Larry, and you and others who truely work for the acceptance and independance from others and then you see someone like Chris who comes right out and TELLS you he's just lazy and it is enough to make someone sick...
