I am all for supporting smaller pagan businesses to keep them in business. I shop from home, mostly online, because I hardly ever go out. I thought I had found a trustworthy business; after all they have an online store, forums, chat rooms, etc., etc. etc. Seemed like an active place....
Ordered two items from them a month ago. Never got them. >:(Order's on hold, no explanation or email to say when they'll ship. I have emailed them ten times (seriously, I kept count) with no response. No phone# on the site (of course), no 800 # listed in information. Sooooo, I joined their forums and hope to get some insight there. We'll see...think they'll just delete me?
In the meantime, I ordered the same items from Amazon.com, considerably cheaper and have the two items in hand in two days. My point...?
If you want us to support your pagan business, treat us with the same respect!

So, my post was deleted and I'm banned from the site now, because I wrote the following post...
"I was wondering how someone gets in touch with the store, when emails do not seem to be working."
Senbecc asked that I mention the site, which is Mind-n-Magick. I've received an email, at long last, that my order has been cancelled with no explanation as to why it was ever on hold in the first place. I have purchased online from several pagan sites and had no problems at all. AzureGreen, SacredSource, the shop at Branwen's... all have had fast shipping, good products, and great customer service. This was a month-long nightmare!

Yes, the money issue has been resolved. Still, no communication for over one month and then the business on his forum??? This is one of the first times I've ever had a problem purchasing online. I buy all my books used through Amazon.com and have NEVER had a problem. All the other pagan sites from whom I've purchased have all been great, too! What a yutz!
How can he afford to just throw customers away?

How can he afford to just throw customers away? He throws allot of things away I'm afraid, customers, members, you name it, as many as he needs to untill his problem has been resolved. I think I would advise that you always buy your things through a big name company anyway. This way you have some kind of gaurentee.
