I personally think that it is all a big prick waiving dick fight. One religion against the other.  And I don't want to post my beliefs because I don't want to be accused of trying to convert anyone. (I am joking about that if anyone takes offense!) I am NOT a hypocrite and I DO hate the bible thumpers taking pot shots or trying to convince me, by threatening me, to follow their beliefs! I didn't like it even when I considered my self a Christian/Catholic. |

We all have our opinions on religion. Everyone disagrees at one point or another...even if they believe the same thing. Wars have been started for these reasons. While the first post makes us feel like this might be someone who is attacking us, I got the feeling the person cares enough to try to convert us. I do feel bad they feel it's necessary to go to such length but, they do have a right to do such. Freedom of speech, freedom of religion.....Still...I think I like Evan Almighty better.....

Sometimes there are dire consequences for our choices. Sometimes people warn about them because they care. Sometimes they do it because they like the feeling of authority or being self righteous. Sometimes people do it because they believe it is their duty. Some people do it simply because it is right. Everyone passes judgement on others, and very few of us keep those judgements all to ourselves.
I'll use myself as an example. I'm judgemental. I make no bones about my personal beliefs or when I think other people are doing things which are silly or harmful. This often brings me into debates with Wiccans, Pagans, and/or Heathens among my peers. Does this make me an intolerant Fundie (albeit a non-Christian one)? Or does it make me honest? There is a difference between honest disagreement and intolerance. And many under the Pagan umbrella don't seem to know the difference. When I cross swords with a Christian Fundamentalist who tells me what he/she thinks is going to happen to me, I take no personal offense. In fact, I prefer people who are open and to the point when they don't like me. Give me an honest bigot any day.

All so call Religions one way or another all have a dark side to them and yes they all dissagree with one anothers ways of individual judgements. All Religions like Catholics-Roman Catholics, Northern Baptists-Southern Baptists to me was created because of a dissagreement of why an individual thinks and wants to change their religion to another religion, but it's all following the same GOD. They would all agree to the same GOD but when it comes to their Religious faith is always different , LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL, I love it , it's so much more drama to even think how they all judge themselfs to their own emotional state of mind.
Tell me something, whats the fight about if they all follow the same GOD?
